Comparative Genomic Tools Excercises

These excercises will show you how to use the VISTA and Godzilla webpages to visualize DNA sequence alignments and how to use the CVCGD database to extract valuable data concerning genes associated with various cardiovascular diseases.

Please note that the web-version of the VISTA software takes time, and sends the results to the user over e-mail once the request has been processed.
